Flaming Meteors Light Up the Night Sky in Russia

Two separate dashcam videos show bright flashes of light leaving a flaming trial overhead in the Arkhangelsk region, about 750 miles north of Moscow in Russia.
The footage, which captures the first major meteor shower of 2017, was captured by luck as motorists were driving along snow-covered roads in the area earlier this week. According to local media, the meteors formed part of Quadrantids, an annual meteor shower seen in the Northern Hemisphere during December and January.
